Vegetarian? Yes it is healthy

Trendy people always comes up with new - and sometimes hot - ways to better their fan followings and life style. And yes, veganism is hot. A person known to be vegan who boycott wearing and eating animal products – including honey, leather, milk or wool. We are impressed by the celebs who choose to live a vegan life and overhauled themselves.
Are you thinking of going vegan? Yes, it is healthy. 

People are having more vegetables these days instead of meaty meals and reason include health benefits, reducing your risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. 

On the other hand, some vegetarians go for processed foods, which can be high in calories, sugar, fat and sodium. 

And their fruits, vegetables, whole grains and calcium-rich foods intake may miss out, that’s why be fair with your diet, if you choose to be a vegan. With a little planning a vegetarian diet can fulfill all the requirements.


Types of vegetarian diets
There is a misconception, when people think of vegetarian diet, they breakup with meat, poultry or fish. But vegetarian diets are actually about the foods they choose to include and exclude:

Lacto-vegetarian are those who customize their diet plan with meat, fish, poultry and eggs, as well as meals that contain them. Dairy products, includes milk, cheese, yogurt and butter.

Ovo-vegetarianhave meat, poultry, seafood and dairy products in their meals, but allow eggs as well.
Lacto-ovovegetarianstay out of meat, fish and poultry, but are allowed to have dairy products and eggs.
Pescatarians diets does not have in meat and poultry, dairy products, and eggs, but fish is included.

Pollotarian diets exclude meat, dairy and fish, but allow poultry.

Vegan diets are known to be strict diets, exclude meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products — and all that meals contain these products.

Semi vegetarianis purely a vegetarian diet but followers can have meat, dairy, eggs, poultry and fish occasionally in small quantities.

Vegan life — or at least trying out a vegan diet — is at peak these days even many celebs are adopting these diets and introducing different eating trends. And as annoying as diet trends can be, in this case, that's a good thing. Because when it comes to our environment, health, and the rights of animals, adopting a vegan diet is an all-around win.
